Galax City Public Schools

Galax City Public Schools held a special Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony on March 18, 2025, to celebrate the grand opening of the new inclusive playground at Galax Elementary School. This new space has been thoughtfully designed to ensure that children of all abilities can play, explore, grow, and learn together in a safe and engaging environment. The new playground features adaptive equipment, sensory-friendly play areas, and accessible pathways, making it a welcoming space for all children. This project reflects our city's commitment to inclusivity, accessibility, and the well-being of all students.
