We are excited to inform you that our school will be offering the ASVAB (Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery) test to 11th & 12th grade students. This test is an excellent tool for career exploration and is not just limited to military-related paths.
The ASVAB helps students identify their strengths and areas of interest, providing valuable insight into potential career options—whether in the military or civilian workforce. By taking the ASVAB, students can learn more about their skills and talents, which can guide their educational and professional choices moving forward.
Results will be shared with each student to help them make informed decisions about their future.
The Virginia Department of Education is moving to a “3E” Readiness Framework that will be used for High Schools as part of school accreditation. The 3 E’s are employment, enlistment, and enrollment. Student participation in the ASVAB (Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery) test, is the measure that Virginia is using for the enlistment category.
If you have any questions or would like more information, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Thank you for your continued support as we help our students explore and prepare for their future careers.

Report cards are being sent home today! Please reach out to your child's teacher or counselor if you have any questions or concerns!

Seniors: Jostens will be here Monday, March 24 during lunches to distribute your graduation caps and gowns. If you have a remaining balance due on your account, this must be paid in full before you will receive your cap and gown. Please see Mrs. Guynn with any questions.
